These are my Dos & Don’ts, anything not listed here feel free to ask if I am able to draw/do!

Payment.

I accept Full Upfront or 50/50 (50% upfront, 50% before final product is sent.)Forms of Payment

Should you need to cancel your commission from me before your piece is finished, I will give you 100% of your payment within 48 hours of the initial payment unless the piece has already been sent an update to the commissioner (i.e. being sent a sketch update of your requested rendered piece).Otherwise you will only receive 50% of payment and a full photo of the process that was completed upon cancellation.Finished commission pieces no matter the type DO NOT get refunds.Additional Fees

Add-Ons
These are any additional things you may want added to your piece, like more people, props, etc!Extra Person: +30% Base Price/each
(ex: 30% of a Rendered Headshot is 9. Each extra person would cost $9 USD!)Commercial Use: +50% Base Price
(ex: If you wanted to use this art for merch or wanted to use it to promote your media/services like a thumbnail, stream, etc. this would qualify as commercial use!)
(Profile picture and banner usage is NOT considered as commercial use to me.)Background: +$10

Order & Work Process.

Order Process
My commission slots are FCFS (First Come, First Serve), if you wish to reserve a spot please DM me on Discord! My tag is “vinnie.” and be sure to give me all the details on what you’d like to commission first!If I accept the commission or think I am capable to I will ask more in depth on any questions I may have plus your quote of payment!Duration
Completion time will vary on the pieces, however a general timeframe is 7-14 days!Updates
Updates will be sent based off the stage of progression, the stages are; Sketch -> Line-Art -> Color -> Cell Shade/Rendered (Finished)You can ask for any changes during any of these stages, however if you ask for a huge change (i.e. different hairstyle, body type, outfit, etc.) after approving the Color stage, it may incur an extra revision fee of $5 USD.

Rights.

Personal Use
Using your commissioned art as an icon, banner, character (so long as it is your design or paid to be designed by me), or anything that isn’t actively being used to create profit, or isn’t listed under commercial use.Commercial Use
Using your commissioned art in a livestream (Twitch, Tiktok, Youtube, etc.), thumbnail on any platform, or production of merchandise.Editing
You are free to crop my work only in the scenario that it is being used as a profile picture or banner. However, always keep my watermark visible wherever it will be used (profile pictured excluded).AI/NFT
As per my boundaries, there will be NO feeding or using my artwork in ANY AI or NFT usage.Crediting
Please be sure to credit me if you are asked where the source of your commissioned art by me comes from. Should my art be used commercially, always credit me with a direct link to this carrd or one of my social media handles.My Usage
By commissioning me, you agree that you have read my ENTIRE TOS (as you will be informed to do) and acknowledge my right to use the artwork you commission from me to promote my services, use/post as art examples, or claim to be the artist whenever.
